What we receive

What you write in the contact form: your name, email, phone, how you prefer to be reached and your message. We ask you to leave medical details out of that message.

How we use it

Only to reply to you. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Your therapy records

We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. Before you start, we explain the limits of confidentiality in writing.

This site

This site has no online scheduler and no chat. If we ask you to fill in forms before your first session, they come with their own privacy notice.

How to ask us to delete a message

Write to hello@astercounseling.com and we delete your form message, except what the law requires us to keep.
